ND LIMITED MANAGEMENT, LLC

NDLM is a property developer targeting mid-to high-end properties in middle markets. Inception projects have been identified in Tennessee and Louisiana; the development process in these areas will begin in 2013. NDLM will continue to review other opportunities targeting these two growth markets.

Current Projects:

Tennessee

Over the past two years, ND Limited has accumulated multiple properties within the Fairvue Plantation golf club community, a high-end development located on Old Hickory Lake, among the rolling hills of central Tennessee. Today, the company holds 15+ lots valued in excess of $2,000,000. In April, 2013 the company entered into an agreement with a local builder to begin construction which began in June. As the values in central Tennessee have stabilized and expanded, the company will continue build upon its position.

Central Florida

With its recent acquisition of an initial property in a high-end central Florida development community, NDLM continues to expand into new markets where value exist.

Louisiana

NDLM looks towards continuing to develop its properties in the North Shore of Lake Pontchartrain, where it has both residential and potential commercial holdings.

Hawaii

NDLM principals first entered into the Hawaiian market in 2009, with investment on West Maui outside of the historical town of Lahaina. Currently, the company owns west-facing residential property and land for future development.
